"ART MIX"
Starring in
"THE KESTERSON COWBOY PAGE"
Second Act

When Art Mix (George Washington Kesterson) died in 1972, his personal belongings were given to his grandson
Daryl Zazulak . Sadly enough, Daryl can only remember meeting his grandfather once, and this would have been around 1958. The pictures you'll see here were among George's possessions that Daryl was given, and I want to thank Daryl for sharing all this information with us.

There is a LETTER that was written in 1970 by a Fan or a Collector who lived in Denmark. Its impossible at this time to know if this man wrote on some of these pictures or if Art did the writing, trying to identify everyone for the writer. You will notice some of the pictures have initials on them for identification purposes.

Art is wearing his ever present, famous "tall white hat" and I believe he is telling us to "get our hands up". I really wouldn't argue with him right now - would you?

This is a combination of 4 pictures the upper left hand pictures has initital of C.L. and G.K. and H something that I can't read. The C.L. must mean Cliff Lyons and of course the G K is for George Kesterson. No other identification is on this picture.

The back of this picture has Davis Prod. on it.

The picture is of Ione Reed and Cliff Lyons with George Kesterson on the left.

George is once again fighting over the leading lady.

The back of this one says "Reckless Romance" and (British Title?). George Kesterson is the one on the wagon with the big hat, trying to break up the fight.

This last picture is George (on the left) and Cliff Lyons who are in an obvious saloon dispute. Nothing on the back - but "Title?" Chas. Davis Prod..

I apologize that some of the pictures might look a bit blurry. I guess it happens when you try to make them small enough to fit on the webpage correctly.
