John Rawlins of Charlotte County and WILLIAM CALLICOTT of the same
county, (conveys) for the sum of 8,000 weight of tobacco, a certain tract of land
containing 140 acres, lieing on both sides of Sandy Creek and bounded as
follows; beginning at a corner pine on Pruetts line, thence along his line to a
corner white oak on Sullivant's line, Power's line to a corner post oak, thence
along Ohser's line to a corner pine, thence along Bressentines line to the
