Remarks 1) 28 Mar 17672 - BEVERLY CALLICOTT witnesses purchase of 168 acres of land on the South Fork of Snail's Creek in Prince Edward Co., VA, by his father James Callicott from Andrew Harrison of Goochland Co., VA. James was living on the land at time of Purchase.
COLONIAL AMERICA LAW - Had to be 21 years old to sign a deed, act as bondsman, serve on a jury, or witness a signature.
2) 1 Sep 1777 - BEVERLY COLLICUT witness to James Callicott & wife Agatha selling 69 acres to son Harrison Callicott.
