CALLICOTT and his heirs. Also all my stock, farming tools, household and kitchen furniture, after her death all goes to sone Beverly W. & all other real and personal property. To sone Beverly W. he bequeaths one negro boy James. Lucy and Beverly W. Appointed sole executors of estate. Witnessess: Bartlet James, John R. James.

Jan 1839 - County Court, Smith Co., TN. LUCY CALICOTE deceased. To J.R. James: A citizen of Smith Co., TN, it appearing to the court now in Session that LUCY CALICOTE has departed this life intestate and the court being satisfied as to your claim to the administrator and you having given bond and qualified as directed by law and the Court having ordered that Letters of Administration be offered to you. etc.... authorized to take possession and custody of the goods, chattles claims and property of said intestate and return a true and perfect inventory to next court, to collect & pay all debts etc. Recorded 16 JAN 1839.
