HANCOCK contributed information on this family.

[73] BLANTON was Elizabeth's first husband's name. She had two children by him:
Giles B. born abt 1862 and Susan born abt 1865 both in AL. Martine GLASS
OAKLEY COX has a copy of their marriage license.

[74] Her Widow Pension Claim says she's a resident of Seffner, FL. Her birth place
was obtained from this (I have a copy). According to Fredrick Albert's son,
Lawrence Baker, (at this time living in Moultrie, GA) she never remarried
after Arthur's death. I visited her grave in the Seffner Cemetery in Sept.
1997.

[75] Buried just behind Elizabeth were two more Blanton graves: Katie, wife of R.J.
Blanton, B. 10 Jan 1871 D. 27 Dec. 1897; Redden J. Blanton, B. 22 Oct 1861 D.
30 Mar 1934.

[76] On 1900 Census Elizabeth states she has 6 children; 5 living. Is Estelle E.
BAKER the child who died?

[77] Lawrence BAKER, Fredrick BAKER's son, says he never married and died at
Seffner, FL. He is found on the 1880, 1885, 1890, and 1900 Census. His
middle name is spelled OSCHER on his tombstone.

[80] Fredrick Albert's first wife, Vera Cruse (b. 25 Dec 1878 d. 13 Sep 1905), died
at childbirth according to his son, Laurence Hensley BAKER. She is buried in
Seffner Cemetery, Seffner, Hillsborough County, FL. Fredrick Albert and his
second wife, Mattie HENSLEY, had three sons: Bryan Kern, Laurence, and Lyle
Russell. Laurence is presently living in Moultrie, GA and has 3 children:
Linda Louise RUTHERFORD living in Knoxville, TN; Larry Callan living in
Baltimore, MD; Judy Elaine SMITH living in Atlanta, GA. Fredrick Albert was
found on the 1880, 1885, and 1900 Census. Robert E. Lee Baker's obit says he
lived in Seffner, FL.

[81] Found on 1880 Census. Not on 1885 or 1900 Census. 1900 Census her mother says
she had 6 children; 5 living.

[82] Eva Lena was found on the 1885 Census with Arthur and on the 1900 Census with
Elizabeth. I found Eva Lena buried in the Seffner Cemetery on a visit there in
