19. Isaac3 Wellman (Isaac2, Thomas1)(55) was born in Lynn End (now Lynnfield), Essex County, Massachusetts not far from 1685.(56) He died in the early part of 1740 in Mansfield, Bristol County, Massachusetts.(57)
He married Mary Slafter (intentions published 23 August 1717) in Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts.(58) In addition to the children named below, they were the parents of "a child who died soon after its father."
Mary was born in November 1688 in Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts.(59) Mary was the daughter of John Slafter and Mary Libby. She died 12 January 1793, aged 104 years, 2 monts in Mansfield, Bristol County, Massachusetts.(60) Mary and Isaac were admitted as full communion members in the First Parish of Reading (now Wakefield) on 1 December 1723.(61) On 26 March 1737, "Isaac Wellman & Mary his wife were at their request dismist from us & recommended to ye chh. of Christ at Norton.

Hannah Wellman was born in Lynnfield, Essex County, Massachusetts. She married
Ebenezer Grover on 12 June 1744 in Norton, Bristol County, Massachusetts.(64) He is deceased.(65)
She was baptized in Reading, Middlesex County, Massachusetts on 27 May 1722. Hannah and Ebenezer resided in Mansfield on 19 May 1772.
