Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. The Rev. Everett CRIMMINGS will officiate. Cremation will follow. Mr. Ragland, a real estate and insurance broker, came to Phoenix 13 years ago from Long Beach, California. He was born in Perry County, Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Bess; a son, Wilbur, Pinckneyville, Illinois; a daughter, Romona RAGLAND, of Illinois; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie KRONE, Tamaroa, Illinois; and Mrs. Bertha MERKLE, Wiley, Colorado; and a brother, George TAMAROS. 31 January 1960.
RAPIER, Cinton, 83, Globe. Funeral services for Cinton Rapier, 83, who died in Gila General Hospital here, will be in Miles Mortuary in Miami. Mr. Rapier, born in Bellegreen, Arkansas, went to Safford in 1888, but spent most of his life in Globe. He freighted lumber by mule and horses from the Sierra Ancha Mountains during construction of Roosevelt Dam. He served in the merchant marine during World War I, and worked for the U. S. Forest Service in New Mexico and for the Arizona Highway Department. When he retired he was on maintenance work on the Globe-Young highway. He is survived by two brothers, Blueford, Claremont, California, and Wesley RAPIER, Lakeside; and four sisters, Mrs. Nettie WILSON, Willcox; Mrs. Priscilla LAMB, Phoenix; Mrs. Etta GIBBONY, Burbank, California; and Mrs. Lottie WRIGHT, Lowell. 21 January 1960.

ROSCHSTIEL, David J., 38, Tucson. David J. ROSENSTIEL, 38, an official of Schenley Industries and son of the firm's president, died yesterday of a heart attack in his Tucson home. Mr. Rosenstiel, son of Lewis S. ROSENSTIEL, was regional advertising merchandising manager for Schenley. He was active in Tucson civic affairs, including the Tucson Medical Center. Mr. Rosenstiel moved to Tucson in 1949. His parents had been long-time Tucson visitors and Schenley's executive headquarters were moved here in the early 1940s. He is survived by his wife, the former Babette LAZARUS, of Columbus, Ohio; four children, David, Robert, Nancy, and Billy; and a sister, Mrs. Sidney FRANK, and his grandmother, Mrs. Florence HELLER, both of New York City. Funeral services will be at Adair Funeral Home with Rabbi Albert BILGRAY officiating. Burial will be in the family plot in Cincinnati. 28 January 1960.
