1820. David Davidse* ACKERMAN

Jul 1699 in Essex Co, New Jersey, USA. He signed a will on 2 Oct 1710 in Hackensack,
Bergen Co, New Jersey, USA. He died before May 1714 in Hackensack, Bergen Co,
New Jersey, USA. He had an estate probated on 4 Jun 1724 in Hackensack, Bergen
Co, New Jersey, USA. ??? Seems like a long time to go through probate... At
the organization of the Reformed Dutch Church at Hackensack, David and Hillegond
were listed among the original members. David "Acarman" of Hackensack
was deeded 420 acres of land there 29Oct1695, by Mattheus Corneliuson, on the
west side of the Hackensack River and near the present Woodridge in Bergen County.
On 27Nov1696 he received a patent for this land. His will, dated 02Oct1710
and proved 04Jun1724, named his wife Hillegond and three children and refers
to land and a grist mill on the road to Kindakemeck, and also a house in New
York. He died prior to 17May1714, when "Hillegondt, widow Ackerman"
was present at the baptism of a grandchild.
He was married to Hillegond Splanche* VERPLANCK on 13 Mar 1679/80 in New Amsterdam
(now New York, New York, USA).

and Judith Stuyvesants. She died before 4 Jun 1724 in Hackensack, Bergen Co,
New Jersey, USA. Children were:
