Court met persuant to adjournment present and presiding the Hon. T. Wood, Chairman, when and where the following proceedings were had and entered of Record to wit:

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LEWIS CLICK, deceased

ORDER

The Clerk presented to the Court the Inventory of the Estate of Lewis Click, deceased, returned into his Office by Margret Click, Adminstratrix, properly verified; and said Inventory appearing to be regular, it is ordered by the Court that it be recorded in the book of Inventories whereupon Court adjourned until Saturday, Sept. 9 at 8 o'clock

Hickey, Clerk of the County Court, of Cocke County, Margaret Click, Administratix of the Estate of Lewis Click deceased who being duly sworn, depised and said that the foregoing is a just, true and perfect Inventory of all the snigularly the goods and Chattels of Lewis Click, deceased that have come or shoud have come to her hands to the best of her knowledge, information and belief. This indenture made and entered into this the 4th day of OCT 1902 between MARGARET CLICK, SARAH C. CLICK, A. E. MATHEWS, MARTHA E. MATHEWS, MOLLIE E. HATLEY, JASPER W. HATLEY, DAVID P. CLICK, ANDREW HICKS, CHARITY L. HICKS AND NANNIE B. REID & HOMER REID and all heirs at law of L.A. CLICK, DEC'D of the first part and WILLIS GRAY of the second part all of said county and state.

Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS to them in hand paid and the further sum of TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS due and payable on or before Jan 1st 1903 evidenced by promissory note of even date herewith a vendors lien being retained to secure the payment of same have this day bargained and sold and does hereby transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part the following described property and premises to wit:

a certain tract parcel of land together with MILL SITE KNOWN AS THE OLD CLICK MILL TRACT and bounded and described as follows. Beginning at a black oak CORNER TO ELIZA GRAY thence 7 degrees east 16 poles to a pine, s 68 3/4 E 8-3/4 poles to a stake on the BANK OF THE CREEK, N 83 CROSSING THE CREEK 12 poles to a black oak or planted rock on the EAST SIDE OF THE ROAD CORNER TO LEWIS CLICK JR and W. G. KYKER thence with KYKER'S LINE s 63 1/2 degrees 6.4 poles to a rock in SISK'S LINE thence with SISK'S LINE n 69 degrees W 19-1/2 poles to a rock thence with SISK'S LINE 19 degrees W 21-1/2 poles to a stake on the WEST BANK OF THE CREEK CORNER TO SISK AND ELIZA GRAY thence UP THE CREEK WITH ELIZA GRAY'S LINE S 70 degrees W 32 poles to a persimmon S 85 degrees W 16 poles to a walnut S 47 degrees W 15 poles the beginning continuing something near 15 acres and is situation on ENGLISH CREEK IN THE 9TH DISTRICT of said County and State. To have and to hold the said premises to the said party of the second part, including MILL SITE TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS thereon to the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. We do covenant with said part of the second part that we are lawfully seized of said premises have a good right to convey ...... . ........... ...... and forever defend the title to the said premises to the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. Out of the above boundary is excepted A HOUSE AND LOT ON BANK OF CREEK KNOWN AS THE NOTEN OR KYKER LOT.

In witnesseth of the above we have hereunto set our hands the day and year first above written entered before sigining
