Joan H. (Arnold) Parry, 65, of 952 Poplar St., Coopersburg, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, in the V.N.A. Hospice at St. Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of Kenneth C. Parry. They were married Sept. 7, 1963. Born Sept. 8, 1939, in Upper Saucon Township, she was a daughter of the late Harrison and Cecelia (Kehs) Arnold. She was a seamstress for the former Fountain Hill Mills for 33 years before retiring. After retiring, she devoted her life to her husband, children and grandchildren. She was a member of Faith United Church of Christ, Center Valley. Survivors: Husband; son, Tom J. Parry and wife Nancy L. of Hellertown; daughter, Jill T., wife of Dean V. Gumhold of Center Valley; brothers, Leonard Arnold of Salisbury Township, Richard Arnold and wife Helen of Bethlehem; sisters, Beatrice, wife of Leroy Erney of Zion Hill, Jean, wife of Albert Cambiotti of Steel City, Gertrude, wife of Joseph Steinbach of Bethlehem, Jane, wife of John Lenner of Bethlehem Township; grandchildren, Andrew J. Parry, Bethany L. Parry, Christopher S. Parry, Damaris J. Parry, Matthew E. Gumhold. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday in the church, 5992 Route 378, Center Valley. Call 6-7:30 p.m. today, Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. Call 10-10:30 a.m Monday in the church. Interment, Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
