OCCUPATION: miner or collier at marriage: collier in Inveresk.
Emigrated to Ohio in the USA, and are buried there.
OCCUPATION: Coalminer. 1851 census: age 22 years, unmarried, working as a coalminer.
DEATH: died of bronchitis. James, of Haywood, was the informant listed on his father's death certificate in 1897.
