Archibald, Thomas, Coal Hewer in Cowpits, & Beatrix
King both in this parish gave up their names for proclamation of marriage
on the 11th July. Cautioners for the man, William King & for
the woman Henry Archibald.
NOTE: Thomas Archibald (b. 1778) is the son of John Archibald
(b. 1742) and Isabel Archibald (b. 1750)
In this entry, the clerk seems to have made a mistake and mixed up the
names of the cautioners for the man and the woman.
