Sherry Junction (Village of Malcolm), Town of Price, Langlade County, Wisconsin A Ghost Railroad Location

Sherry Junction was a railroad junction which was part of the Wolf River branch line. The track went east to Kent and southeast to Elton.
The location was at what is now the intersections of State Highway 52 and Grey Road.
The community of Malcolm was located one-half mile west of Sherry Junction at the northeast corner of the intersection of State Highway 52 and Polar Road.
Sherry Siding went to the sawmill at Kent and which was owned and named after Henry Sherry of Neenah, Wisconsin.
Sherry Junction was not actually a community (the community was Malcolm) but the term "The Sherry" is now used to refer to a large area around the Sherry Junction extending into the Towns of Langlade, Polar, and Evergreen.
