- Civil/Political Town: Town of Cleveland. Created November 15, 1884. Area: 144 sq. miles.
- Congressional Townships: T33N, R12E; T34N, R12E; T34N, R13E; T34N, R14E
- Cleveland was created on November 15, 1884 from territory that at the time was in the Town of Price.
- On April 11, 1885, T34N, R13E and T34N, R14E was ceded to Forest County and later became the Towns of Nashville and Freedom.
- The remaining two townships were vacated as a town on November 15, 1886 and attached to the Town of Langlade.
