PERSONAL OBSERVATION:
a nearby residence is rented by Frank Marten and family. Frank is
a younger brother to Otto. For the birth location of Arthur's mother,
it is assumed that an error was made by the census taker. He started
to write "Germany", which is the case, but instead wrote
"Gllinois".
