Zeigler married Rev.  John Heck in 1847.  He died Mar. 11,
1861, at Smithsburg, Md.  Mrs. Heck resides at Greencastle,
Pa.   Her descendents are:

   1. Frederick Z., married Annie James, no children;
   2. Lewis L., unmarried;
   3. John M., unmarried;
   4. George S.; and
   5. David J., died in infancy.

Zeigler married Elizabeth Myers.  His descendants are:

    Frederick K. Zeigler, son of Frederick and Rose Ann
(Lantz) Zeigler was born Oct. 28, 1815.  He was Sheriff of
Washington County and a member of the House of Dele.
gates.  He died Oct. 30, 1887.  He married Louisa, daughter
of James and Catherine (Reichard) Swailes.  His descend-
ents are:

    1. Scott, married Kate Middlekareff, three girls, names
       unknown;
    2. Charles Clayton, married Laura Wolfinger;
        1. Frederick Zeigler;
