    Andrew Lantz, son of John Lantz inherited 100 acres of
land laying on the waters of Duck Creek, in the State of
Ohio from his father.

         H23          Catherine Lantz            H2

    Catherine, daughter of John Lantz inherited $20.00
from her father.

         H24            Mary Lantz               H2

    Mary, daughter of John Lantz inherited     $50.00 from
her father's estate and married Styles

         H25           William Lentz             H2

    William Lantz, son of John Lantz was left $10.00 by
his father.

         H26           George Lantz              H2

     George Lantz, son of John Lantz was left $10.00 by his
father.  Oct. 8, 1812, he freed his negro slaves as follows;
A negro woman, Esther, age about 26; a mulatto girl,
Nancy, age about 8; and a mulatto boy, Jacob, about 11.
His will recorded May 17, 1818 shows that he never married
and leaves all his property to the mulatto boy, Jacob, whom
he had freed in 1812.

         H27           Lewis Lantz               H2

    Lewis Lantz, son of John Lantz was left $1.00 by his
father.  He married Barbara.

         H28           Jacob Lantz               H2

    Jacob Lantz, son of John Lantz was born in Green
County, Pa., in 1791 and died in 1858.  He was a farmer and
a great hunter and was a soldier in the War of 1812.  He
married Delilah Coen, who died in 1866.  They had children:
Alexander; Simon; John, see family of John Lantz (H283);
William, see family of William Lantz, (H284).

         H29          Alexander Lantz            H2

    Alexander Lantz, son of John Lantz was born in 1793
in Blacksville, W. Va.  He served in the War of 1812.  Oct.
31, 1817, he married Margaret Minor.  Alexander was an
administrator of his father's estate and received a large
tract of land in consideration of his paying off the other
