| Notes for David Morrow |
He resided in VA (early 1700's) then moved to Maryland (1710's-1780). Fought in the Revolutionary War.
Maryland information is not positively tied to this David, but the time period matches, and David descendants were born in Maryland. The connection to Hannah Hopkins is indicated through a will where on Nov 22, 1734, David Murray was a testator in the will of Elizabeth Davis of Somerset County, Maryland. Other testators include Nathaniel Hopkins and Hannah Murray. We suspect that the Hannah Murray mentioned above was the wife of David. We were able to trace Hannah in the Somerset Co, MD wills where she is mentioned as the daughter of Nathaniel Hopkins.646 |
