Love

LOVE, D. G. (David Green) b. March 31, 1836 Habersham Co., GA d. February 22, 1912 Fayette or Lamar Co., AL marr. 1)- Mary C. Thompson 11 April 1855, Clarksville, Habersham Co., GA. 2)- Sarah Ann Elizabeth Harper 12 March 1888, Fayette Co., AL. daughter of James Harper and Sarah Byars.

My line: LOVE
Counties:  FAYETTE, MARION & POSSIBLY LAMAR
Research question(s)/additional information:  I am trying to find exactly where my GG-Grandfather David Green Love died and is buried. According to his 2nd wife's pension application he died in Fayette Co., AL. But after reading her different applications, we find that she had a hard time keeping dates straight. We have determined that he in all likelyhood died 2-22-1912, but exactly in what county is still what I would like to know. Would like to know where he is buried so that I can get him a Civil War Veteran headstone. I also have a few other lines that are in this region of Walker, Fayette, Marion & Winston counties.
