Henderson

Henderson, Melton:  b. unknown Feb. 1872(?) m. Laura Frances Carter Knox Co. TN
Jan. 24, 1898. Edward b. 1898, Phil b. 1901 Knox Co. TN.

Additional Information:  After divorce in early 1900s, Melton moved to "somewhere near Decatur, Alabama where he had relatives." Only known relatives are Florence Henderson in Knox Co. (married Alexander Shadden March 18, 1934) and a family surname Small in Corinth, MS. Melton died about 1939.

My line:  William M.>Euphrania Lucinda "Cindy">Columbus Washington "Lum">Pleas Lee Andrew Hicks
Counties: 
Wm. & family are found in Jefferson County, AL from 1850 - 1870, and Cindy Hicks found as HOH in Jefferson County in 1880.  Cindy's son, Joe Wesley, is said to have been born in Cullman when it was Walker County in March, 1881.  Her older son,  "Lum" Hicks, and family are found in Lamar County, AL in 1900, 1910 & 1920.  Pleas Hicks is found in Walker Co., AL in 1920.

Where is Cindy Hicks in 1900 and 1910?  She died around 1913 in Lamar County, AL, while living with her son Lum & family.

My line:  He was a son of Uriah & Sarah (Emery) HULL, and my paternal grandfather's older brother.

Research question:  I've contacted several sources in Fayette Co., as well
as, the Al. Dept. of Health for a death record for John W. HULL, but have had no luck. John and wife, Ellen, were living with a daughter, Della and husband Harvey PINKERTON, on the 1920 U.S. Census, for Fayette Co., Webster Prec. #12, Sheet 2, Eval. District 12, Line 56, Dwelling No. 32, Family 32.  Can someone help with locating his death date?  Thanks.
