This part of the site contains records that (Alsop/Alsup researchers) have found over a period of many years in an attempt to sort out the various Alsop/Alsup families to connect children and parents. Any records with other surnames will show related persons (ie. marriages). We are targeting those ancestors mostly in Virginia and Kentucky, plus other Alsop/Alsup unknowns in areas that might link back.
Data on Alsops/Alsups can be found (by county) at the Virginia page, and the Kentucky page, and the Alsop Unknowns page. Included may be some related surnames of our lost Alsop/Alsup/Alsip, etc. ancestors from those areas.
