This Indenture made and entered into this 1st day of December 1893 between E. B. Tolle of the County of Barren and State of Kentucky, party of the first part and N. P. McCoy of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Wittnesseth: that for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Thirty five dollars to be paid Fifty dollars on the first day of March 1894 and Fifty dollars to be paid on the first day of December 1894 and the remaining Thirty Five dollars to be paid on the 1st day of December 1895 notes of even date herewith, the party of the first part has this day granted, bargained and sold and do by these presents bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part all of a certain tract of land laying and being in the County of Barren and State of Kentucky on the waters of Swanegann Creek boundary to-wit: Beginning at a Walnut in Cox's line, thence N 26 E. 36 poles to a stone, thence N. 15 W. 31 poles to a chestnut, thence with said Toullie's line to J. N. Cox's line, thence with said line to the beginning, together with all the appurtenance the ----? belonging. To have and to hold unto the said second party, his heirs and assigns forever with

I N. D. Terry, clerk of the Barren County Court, certify that the foregoing deed to N. P. McCoy was on the 8th day of December 1893 acknowledged by E. B. Tolle to be his act and deed before A. J. Foster then acting deputy clerk for J. T. Wooten a former clerk of said court ass appears from his endorsement thereon as follows: "Acknowledged before me by E. B. Tolle to be his act and deed. December 8th 1893. J. T. Wooten C.B.C.C. By A. J. D. Foster D. S." And was on this day filed in my office for record, and same
and this certificate have been recorded in my said office.
