HIBERNIA - Omar Frank Mauk, 90, formerly of Marysville, died Thursday at Vencor of Sellersburg.
He was a native of Glasgow, Ky., a retired foundry worker for the old International Harvester Co. in Louisville and a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church in Marysville.
Survivors: a son, Frank Mauk; daughters Wanda Lynch, Sharon Fields and Sandy McCutcheon; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday, Garr, Sellersburg. Burial: Crown Hill Cemetery, New Washington. Visitation: noon-9 p.m. Sunday.

GEORGE L. MAUK PASSED AWAY AT CLARK MEMORIAL
MARYSVILLE -- George Louis Mauk, 62, died at 1 a.m., Wednesday, at Clark Co. Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville. He lived on Route 1 and was a retired employee of International Harvester. He was a member of Hibernia Christian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lena Mauk; three sons, Raymond L. Mauk, Jeffersonville; Frank Mauk, Clarksville; and the Rev. Jasper Thomas Mauk, Charlestown; 2 daughters, Mrs. Francis Frazier, Clarksville and Mrs. Dorothy Graebe, Charlestown; a brother, Omar Frank Mauk, Jeffersonville; a half-brother, John Mauk, Cave City, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Burial at Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville.
