We Corneilus H. Ransbottom and Hannah Ransbottom
residents of Allen Co., OH for the consideration of $350
received to their full satisfaction of Amos Reese do give
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Amos Reese
his heirs and assign part of the
SW 1/4 of Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 6 East
(German twp) containing 160 acres of land...said
20 acres of land which by this deed conveyed is bounded
..beginning at NE corner of tract assigned to Susan Lehman,
thence N 50 rods (1 rod = 5.5 yards), W 64 rods,
S 50 rods, E 64 rods
...Hannah Ransbottom, wife of said Corneilus H. Ransbottom does
hereby remise release and forever quit claim unto the said
Amos Reese all of her right and little of dower in the above
described premise
