Additional Information : NOTE the only evidence I have to link this family with the previous generation is that the name, birthplace and age of the father tallies with those on previous census records for the family of William and Priscilla BLOOR. I feel that I am on fairly safe ground here, though, since Owen is a relatively unusual Christian name.
A number of years ago I came across a grave in Ilkeston Park Cemetery for "Samuel Clement Bloor died 21/5/1953 age 75, and his wife Lizzie Ann BLOOR died 23/1/1974 age 96. Could this be the Samuel C. Bloor listed above?
