To wife, Mary, all property her natural life, wheat, pork and bacon for one year. To my son, William and Alexander , $10 each. Heirs of my son, John, Jeremiah, James and Polly Ann Smith. To John Lister's wife or children, have been satisfied. My children to recieve equal parts. Executor; John Sheffey. Will dated 08 January 1852. Witnesses: Thomas Starnes, William Thompson. Ex. and Bondsmen: Jacob H Ackerman, Archibald Russell, John Russell. Signed Hezekiah Russell
Wife: Margaret. Three sons: Thomas, David and John Russell. Daughter: Charlotte. Other children. David is to care for wife, Margaret and daughter, Charlotte if thye become disable. Thomas and John are to help. Will dated 10 May 1848. Witnesses: Charles Gass, Casper Easterly. Signed Robert Russell
