MY TRANSCRIPTION

I Samuel Job of Oregon County, Missouri, doth make this my last will being in my proper mind, to my three children - William S. Job, Sinthy Kerrick, the wife of (?sp? initials) Kerrick, and Sarah Jones, the widow of John Jones, deceased.
  • 1st First
    My horse stock and equal division according to valuation

  • 2nd
    My cattle stock and equal division according to valuation

  • 3rd
    My hog stock and equal division according to valuation

  • 4th
    _____all my land, estate to be divided equally with above named heirs

  • 5th
    All my monies , notes and accounts to be equally divided as above

  • 6th
    All the house and furniture, except Mary the servant girl_______which she made herself______equally or alone _________-

  • 7th
    and Mary the servant girl to stay and remain on with Sarah Jones until William S. Jobe shall return the ___ if he is willing to take her and treat her well and is willing to make his her home for life. I don't want her to serve no one else.

  • 8th
    My rifles, guns, I want William S. Jobe's little son, Monroe Jobe to have _____himself.

  • 9th
    I appoint William S. Jobe and William Hall my executors of said will.

Be it remembered day personally appeared before me undersigned justice of the county written and for state aforesaid.
