McWilliams as sureties all of the Co., of Oregon and State of Missouri are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the full and just some (sum) of fore (four) hundred dollars to the true payment where of we bind our selves and each of us and our heirs, executors, and administrators jointly and severly (severely) firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 26th day of April 1852.""The conditions of the above bond is that if Elijah Jobe administrator of the goods remaing (remaining) in administration of the estate of Jesse Jobe deceased shall faithfully administer said estate and account for, pay, and deliver all money and property of said estate, and perform all other things touching said administration required by law or the order of any court having jurisdiction, then the above bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and affect."

Upon closer examination of this census, there were several in the Co., who also had this line and initials. I had a friend check at the Clayton Library in Houston for the Mortality Schedule and to see if they could find out anything.His reply was:
"I found Elisha Job, in the Mortality Sked, Tx, reel 4, P.1, Dist. 3, Enumaeration Dist. 114. Family: 365, Name: Job Elisha, Age: 55, male, white, widowed, born Ark., father born Mo., Mother born Mo.,Occ. farmer, died Mar.(I think), cause of death -appeplexy, lived in Co., 3(?) mo., no physician.There is no day of death.. I did not find him in a cemetery."

Miss Sarah Jobe Services TuesdayFuneral services for Miss Sarah Frances Jobe, 90, a resident of Clovis for the past 20 years, will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday from the East Side Baptist church, conducted by the Rev. E. E. Morgan. Burial will be in Mission Garden of Memories with Steed Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Miss Jobe, who has been making her home with a niece, Mrs. A. J. Taylor, 412 East 7th. St., died Sunday afternoon in a Clovis hospital
A brother, E. Jobe, Plainview, Tex. also survives.

Miss Jobe died Sunday afternoon in a Clovis hospital. She had been a resident of Clovis for 20 years.
