Isaac was born abt 1766 probably Augusta Co., VA and on Feb. 24, 1815 from injuries received at the Battle of New Orleans. He married Dorcas MacKay about 1758 probably Augusta Co., VA. His wife's name is unknown, but it is believed that he married 1785-1790 in Eastern TN, though at this time it could have been North Carolina.
