Isabelle Davis was born December 9, 1862 in District 12 of DeKalb Co., TN to Thomas Jasper Davis and Delia A. Lawrence. Her mother died just after Isabelle's 17th birthday. She married Andrew Jackson 'Andy' Robinson on April 20, 1880 DeKalb Co., TN.

Isabelle died July 14, 1897 DeKalb Co. TN and is buried at the Zenith Cripps Cemetery, DeKalb Co., TN.

Andy died January 15, 1892 DeKalb Co., TN and is buried at the Pisgah Methodist Church Cemetery, DeKalb Co., TN.

ROBINSON FAMILY

Andrew Jackson' Andy' Robinson was born April 7, 1859 DeKalb Co.,TN to Pleasant D. 'Ples' Robinson and Martha Jane Taylor who had married October 14, 1852 DeKalb Co., TN.

Ples Robinson was born 1834 North Carolina to William 'Billie' Robinson and Sarah Delilah Bain. He died during the civil war about 1864 in a Georgia military hospital.

Martha Jane (Taylor) Robinson, another cousin of mine on the Allen side, was born October 11, 1836 on Indian Creek, then Smith Co., TN and she died October 26, 1911 DeKalb Co., TN, being buried at the Andy Taylor Cemetery on Hurricane Ridge, DeKalb Co., TN. Martha was the d/o William Edward 'Bill' Taylor and Elizabeth 'Betsy' Allen. Betsy was a sister to my direct ancestory, Mary (Allen) who was married to Barnabas Page.
