The children are my dad Pink, in the short pants and his sisters Ethel(front left) Sally (front right in black) and Myrtle in the back. The picture appears to be part of a larger picture since you can see the sleeve of a man on the left side. But, that's all I have of it. Sally was one of the older children and her hairstyle and dress make her look older than she probably was. Dad identified each one in this photo for me.
