The 2012 Reddick-Benbow-Means Family Reunion hotel of choice is the Paramount Plaza Hotel and Conference Center. We have reserved a block of rooms at the group rate for our reunion. We are pleased to confirm the following special non-commissionable meeting/convention rates:

All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently totaling 11.00%, and a $2.50 amenity fee / room night. Check-In and Check-Out times: Check-In times beginning at 3:00pm and Check-Out times no later than 11:00 AM on the established check-out date.

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is 7/26/2012. Guests must call the hotel directly at 352-377-4000 or 877-992-9229 and mention the RBM Family Reunion group in order to receive discounted group rate. Reservations requests received after 11:59 PM local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

ROOM & RELATED CHARGES

Guests will be responsible for their own guestroom, tax and incidental charges upon checkout. A deposit in the amount of one (1) night's room and tax costs will be charged to guest's credit card upon securing reservation.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed for first night's room and tax within fourteen (14) days of making the reservation. Individual attendees can guarantee payment by American Express, Visa and Master Card, Discover or Diner’s Club card number, and expiration date. Individual attendees will be charged one night's room and tax if they cancel within 24 hours of arrival.
