Michael Ahern  (B ?)

Michael Ahern was born in Tournafulla possibly in 1880.

He emigrated to Connecticut and lived in Ansonia. 

He was married and had 6 children that I know of Margaret, Marie, Stacia, Genevieve, Francis and Walter.

Genevieve married Ed Knowlton. They had two kids Edward and Peggy-Ann who lived close to their Uncle Bartholomew's family for awhile anyway. Francis, lived not too far away in Orange, Connecticut (Orange is a beautiful country town).  Francis, I have heard, may have owned a bar in Ansonia.

Margaret married Thomas Begley and they had at least one child, his name was Edward Begley. He was a professional dancer, he was married to Martha Raye for a couple of years 1954-1956.
