Photos 610-617 are from the John Thomas line of Bocabec, St. Patrick Parish, Charlotte Co., NB. The genealogy of this line is shown at WorldConnect. The email from George MacLeod, 22 Sept 2009, has the following comment concerning the dates for these photos: " As for the dates of  the pictures----The album is not dated. By the pictures and families it contains it is still hard to determine if it belonged to Sarah (Thomas) Lee or daughter Sarah Gertrude Darke. There are pictures from both generations. Nita and I sat down and put down estimated ages for these people and others to determine what was what (we think). The album is really old and covered with cloth material and has metal hinges that held it closed (although it is long gone). The second album has the metal hinge. We feel the album is from the 1870s when photos first started to become popular. Also some of the pictures are done on tin. This makes us think Sarah Thomas may have started the album and Sarah Darke added to it. As for when the photos were taken---the best we could do was to guess the ages of each person and relate that to their date of birth and come up with an approximate date. Our estimates of when the photos were taken is shown in the table below:"
