Now at this day it appearing to the Court that Laura J. Holmes is a minor under Eighteen years of age and without a legal Curator for her Estate. And it further appearing that W.S.C. Dillard is a suitable person to have charge of the Estate of said minor. It is therefore ordered that said W.S.C. Dillard be and he is hereby appointed Curator of the Estate of Laura J. Holmes minor heir of Martin Holmes deceased and that he give Bond in the sum of Four Hundred dollars with good and sufficient security. And now on the same day comes W.S.C. Dillard as Principal and George A. Dillard and C.C. Turner as his securities and in the presence of the Court signs, executes and acknowledges said Bond, which said Bond is by the Court approved and said curator is hereby authorized and empowered to enter at once upon the discharge of his official duties as such Curator.
