14. Peter ELLER was born about 1779 in MD ?. Peter didn't receive his inheritancd from his father until 25 April, 1800. I would assume from this that's when he turned 21 so his birthday was about 25 April 1779. He died on Jan 8 1843 in W.Bethlehem Twp., Washington Co., PA. He was buried in Old Dunkard Ch.Cem., nr Marianna, Washington Co., PA. Peter signed an heirship release on April 5, 1800, indicating he had reached his majority. This is recorded in Deed book H, Pg 657 & 860, Book J, Pg 396 and Book M, Pg 462. (Probably Washington Co. MD. as that is where his father, Henry Sr died.)

He was married to Mary Magdalene SHIDLER? about 1804. Mary Magdalene SHIDLER? was born about 1782. She died on Oct 10 1870 in W.Bethlehem Twp., Washington Co., PA. She was buried in Old Dunkard Cem., nr Marianna, Washington Co., PA. found in Washington Co., Pa. -- An estate settlement for a CATHERINE
SHIDLER, File "S" No. 31, 1841 Term. Inventory and appraisement date was
Dec. 14th 1839. There were shares paid to what seemed to be children &
their spouses. Included was a receipt signed by Peter ELLER, Mary ELLER
and Daniel ELLER. Also listed was an amount of $250.00 paid to Peter ELLER
for "Keeping Widow". This leads one to believe that the Widow SHIDLER was
Peter ELLER'S mother-in-law, and mother of Mary Magdalene ELLER.

found in Washington Co., Pa. -- An estate settlement for a CATHERINE
SHIDLER, File "S" No. 31, 1841 Term. Inventory and appraisement date was
Dec. 14th 1839. There were shares paid to what seemed to be children &
their spouses. Included was a receipt signed by Peter ELLER, Mary ELLER
and Daniel ELLER. Also listed was an amount of $250.00 paid to Peter ELLER
for "Keeping Widow". This leads one to believe that the Widow SHIDLER was
Peter ELLER'S mother-in-law, and mother of Mary Magdalene ELLER. Peter ELLER and Mary Magdalene SHIDLER? had the following children:
