Paxtons of Newcastle, County Down, Ireland

You will find the Paxton members of the Addisons of Westmorland family tree in these pages. The Paxtons are from County Down, Ireland. My Grandmother, May Paxton ADDISON, was born in Newcastle, Co Down in 1900 and emigrated to Toronto in about 1920. For many years we believed Aunt Margaret Ann (Annie to all of the family) Paxton Westlake was May's older sister. However on Annie's death May found out she was born out of wedlock. I would like to identify my grandmother May's father. I hope you find some information of interest on this site. I would be interested in hearing from you if you do.
