I've been looking for the HAILLS family roots for about two decades, and have dead-ended in 1823 with John (or Joseph) Haills who died in 1839-40 in Warren County (Vicksburg),Mississippi. I'm new to using the internet so excuse me if I'm not using your service correct. I'm trying to find if a Henry Hunter who died around the April of 1858 is buried in the Abney Park Cemetery. The Hunters I have found on your list don't seem to go back much further than the late 1890s. Is it that the indexing is not yet complete. What would be the best way to find out if this Henry Hunter is buried there. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot. Greg

I love it when you're searching for folks of your same name, and you're delighted when you find them, to then discover they're already dead. Oh well, such is life.

I was fascinated to find the Abney Park Cemetery details. My home for many years was in a road whose end faced the entrance to Abney Park, haven't visited it for years. My maternal grandparents are buried there; one of my twin sons is buried there too; a new born baby buried with someone else. His name was Christopher Wheeler. d.o.b. 29.08.1957. burial 31.08.1957. I wonder if the 'Wheeler 95' I found is the correct grave number and who it is shared with. Maureen.
