NOTIFICATION FOR SUMMONING
A MEETING OF THE TOWN OF MOY.

WHEREAS, we, WILLIAM WHITLAW ALGEO and JAMES EYRE JACKSON, two of her Majesty¹s Justices of the Peace for the County of Tyrone, have received the orders and directions of his Excellency the Lord Lieutenant, bearing date at Dublin Castle the 9th day of December inst., under the sign manual of the Chief Secretary for Ireland, whereby, after reciting the application of twenty-two Householders of the Town of Moy, occupying houses or other tenements of the annual value of Twenty Pounds or more, and praying his Excellency to authorize the carrying the Act, the 9th of GEORGE the IV., chap. 82, intitled, ³An act to make provision for the Lighting, Cleansing, and Watching of Cities, Towns corporate, and Market Towns in Ireland, in certain cases, ³into execution in said Town,--We are ordered and directed to convene a Meeting, for the purpose of carrying said Act into execution, within the said Town of Moy, and to preside thereat accordingly.

Now, in pursuance of said orders and directions, we do hereby convene a Meeting for the purposes aforesaid, to be holden at the Court-house in the said Town of Moy, at the hour of Twelve o¹Clock, noon, on Monday, the 30th day of December, instant.

Given under our hands this 14th day of December, 1844.
