Index to Naturalizations: 1 Vol B pg. 298 A Spring 1854 b He appeared on the census in 1860 in Comal County, Texas. He appeared on the census in 1870 in Ste Genevieve County, Jackson Twp. Missouri. He appeared on the census in 1880 in Ste Genevieve County, Jackson Twp. Missouri. I found him in the Naturalization Records for Comal County. It said he record is in District Court Records Volume B page 122 in Court A as being from Germany. He was listed as being 28 years old when he applied for naturalization. He applied on November 18, 1851. The next record was in District Court Records Volume B page 298 Court A in the Spring of 1854. He petitioned and was granted citizenship in this proceeding. I found Julius in the 1860 Comal Census for Texas. He was listed as a Farmer. "Theresa Davids" <dryfork@worldnet.att.net> is researching this tree. Their remaining children were born in Missouri starting around 1860 or 1860, so they must have left Texas around that time. We have no Texas census records here, so if you could find them for me I would appreciate it very much. Theresa sent more information that is included here in hopes of helping others.
